Reduce Stress

Feeling stressed isn't fun. It leaves you exhausted at the end of each day, unable to switch off from work and be present in the rest of your life, makes it hard to relax, interrupts your sleep and long-term causes problems with your health. It also leads to irritability and intolerance with staff, poor decision making, emotional vulnerability and an inability to be present and focused with any task at hand.

Stress isn't all bad of course, some stress helps you feel motivated and is fine for your body to deal with. It is the prolonged stress that is the problem. There are many contributors to stress including worry, no time for the body to relax and recharge, poor sleep, not enough exercise, unhealthy diet, being unable to identify when you are stressed, keeping problems and emotions bottled up.

We help you actively manage your stress by incorporating new habits, taking time out, de-briefing about your problems and challenges, and putting your wellbeing as a number one priority.


Master Leaderships skills

When you haven't yet mastered the art of leadership, your time gets spent doing work that should be done by your staff, fixing their problems and at the same time wishing they would take more responsibility. You feel frustrated that you have to chase them to get things done. Because you're holding their hands you have little time left for what you should be doing, the sexy strategy stuff!

Leadership challenges arise because you take too much responsibility for other peoples stuff, instead of asking questions and getting staff to solve their own problems, you too quickly jump in and solve, rescue and fix. Great leadership also requires doing things that are a little uncomfortable like dealing with conflict and holding staff accountable, which you likely avoid, procrastinate over and put off.

We help you master leadership skills to delegate more effectively, put responsibility where it belongs, hold staff accountable, deal with conflict and let go of needing to control everything yourself.


Work life balance

When work is overtaking your life it feels like there is no room for your personal life. Perhaps you are neglecting your relationship, never have any down-time, find it hard to relax and unwind, or are unable to be present in your life outside of work because your thoughts are so consumed with work. Challenges with work life balance can leave you stressed, unhappy and feeling unfulfilled. It can also mean poor health and lead to relationship breakdown, and a feeling of disconnection from your loved ones.

Struggling to balance work and life often stems from failing to set limits on start and finish work times, poor time management, weak boundaries, failing to place wellbeing as a top priority, inability to stop thinking about work once you leave, feeling guilty taking time out and making 'me time', and not knowing what makes you happpy outside of work. It also arises from avoiding other problems, such as loneliness, problems in a relationship at home, dealing with grief or loss, no identity outside of work.

Getting to the next level in your business or career requires stepping out of your comfort zone and taking new risks.
